How to structure your content and marketing into a rhythm that builds real momentum

Most people are trying to market their business one post at a time.

One video. One idea. One last-minute caption before they forget.

No wonder it feels inconsistent. No wonder it feels like it isn’t working.

The truth is your marketing doesn’t need more energy.

It needs more structure.

In this edition, I’ll walk you through how we help clients build simple 90-day marketing plans that create momentum and bring in results without burning them out.

Why 90 days?

It’s long enough to make real progress. But short enough to stay focused.

Most business owners either over-plan and do nothing. Or under-plan and feel overwhelmed.

Ninety days gives you the perfect container to align your goals with your content, offers and lead generation activity.

Here’s what a 90-day marketing plan includes

There are three main parts

  1. One clear goal

  • Book 30 sales calls

  • Generate 100 leads

  • Launch a new offer

2. One core offer

Stop trying to sell everything at once. Focus on the one offer you want to grow.

Then build all of your messaging and marketing to point people toward it

3. A weekly content rhythm

  • A value post or video

  • A soft call-to-action

  • A trust-builder (case study, testimonial or story)

  • Something personal to connect with your audience

You do not have to post every day

You just need consistency

And you need to make each post serve a purpose

Example: A client 90-day plan

We recently helped a founder in the B2B space relaunch a signature service

The goal was to bring in £15k in new revenue. 5k per month.

They had no ads running.

Just organic content, a lead magnet and consistent follow-up

We built a plan that included

  • Weekly LinkedIn posts using our Creator vs Closer model

  • A video sales letter landing page

  • A five-email follow-up sequence

  • Three short-form videos repurposed from the VSL

  • One free live event in week seven

By week ten they had already hit their revenue goal.

Not because they “did more”.

But because they had a plan — and followed it.

What to do this week

  1. Pick your core offer for the next 90 days

  2. Define your main marketing goal

  3. Block time each week to create content and follow up

  4. Schedule a live campaign moment halfway through — a workshop, bonus, flash offer or new resource

  5. Review what’s working and what’s not every 30 days

You do not need a new strategy.

You need a simple plan and the discipline to stick to it.
